Hello all! I hope this day finds everyone well… As I was looking back on my last post that explained my closet services in detail (maybe a little too much), my process of my closet purges & designs from beginning to end, I thought it made sense to do a post on the personal shopping work that I do.
This day was a one of my many frequent stops at my FAVORITE store called The Mix, and my photographer Kaela was sweet enough to come along… Whenever I have things to pull for my local customers that I can’t find online, this is my place to go. As convenient as online shopping can be, it’s always important for us to remember the brick & mortar stores that can’t survive without our consistent support. And The Mix has everything from bejeweled tops by Haute Hippie to everyday wear like silk dresses from Equipment. You can find all of the best styles from the most up & coming lines here thanks to my longtime dear friend, owner/buyer Pamela Hornbeck.
So I threw my outfit together… A sweatshirt by Rebecca Taylor from last season, plaid jeans that are still available (& on sale for HELLO! like $15 bucks from F21), my old Christian Loo booties, and my Rebecca Minkoff leopard print cross body that I carried before I sold my retail stores SNAP, after I became a mommy. Whatever, when you go through the list of what’s available, some are still available & some are just an updated better version of what I tossed on that day while pulling for my client.
So whatever personal shopping package you may be interested in, The Maxi, Midi, or Mini, or a custom version of one (under the Covet my Style tab on the site), we’re available to make your shopping easier, more fluent, and to have your wardrobe totally work together to mix & match. That’s always our goal at The Coveted Life. We want to first serve our clients, while also helping our local stores that have become our friends & not forgetting The Covenant House that is so dear to us.
